of Rehabilitation, and Prevention and Promotion and Early Intervention, or
any new direction in service delivery requires an active engagement with the
principles of organisational change. How deep does the change need to be,
and how is it achieved. Professor James Dunbar has extensive experience
with this issue, and John Dutton will engage with him, using Aspire as a
practical example of the organisational change. (positive and negative) The
workshop will enable participants to present and discuss issues from their
own organisations and structures.
