Ms Farkas will give provide this plenary via a video tape of a video conference, to be conducted just prior to the conference.  More detail will be provided re this presentation, but it is anticipated that it will include the background and research under girding the development of the model of rehabilitation that is provided by Boston.  She will outline the key issues of rehabilitation in mental health, with the advantage of hindsight and experienced.
