John Dutton, is the Director of Aspire.  He has been in this role for 6 years.  He is a social worker with a keen interest in the development of the non government sector, in particular the Psychiatric Disability and Rehabilitation sector.  John was President of VICSERV in 2000/01.

John is presenting on 'organisational change,' with James Dunbar, and seeks to present a practical example of the changes required in an agency to equip it for change, in particular that of implementing a health promotion agenda for the region.
